Responsibilities: This role requires exceptional organizational skills to oversee daily office operations, including maintaining a professional environment, distributing and processing mail, and managing equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for answering phones, handling enrollments, scheduling classes and seminars, greeting visitors and clients, scheduling appointments, and orienting clients/students to department services. Event Coordination: This position involves planning, organizing, and coordinating company events, including preparing event budgets, plans, schedules, follow-up surveys, and tracking mechanisms.
