The role is a work-from-home, on-call position responsible for travel, event management, and concierge-related tasks. The is a full-time, dual role position responsible for booking and monitoring all travel and planning events for a single, successful entrepreneur based in NYC. Travel-related tasks: • Book all travel for principal • Research best hotels, flight options, and restaurants in each location • Stay in the know of the best and highest rated restaurants, resorts and events around the world. Before the principal arrives at the hotel, call ahead to check him in • When principal is traveling with a group (see below), fly-in before to review house and be on-site to act as House Manager • Set up the property to the principal's liking, oversee the hired staff to ensure the highest quality of service is provided. Will be required to work off hours when principal is traveling or overseas • Financially astute, comfortable with budgeting, using spreadsheets, and assessing costs • Cost-conscious - spend money wisely and within budget • Good with technology.
