Jennifer Naylor Catering & Special Events, a premier chef-owned catering and event production company in Los Angeles, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team! Malibu based, currently expanding services throughout Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Orange County, and more for the past two decades. As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in bringing unforgettable events to life – from intimate gatherings to large scale corporate events and luxury weddings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Create menus, event proposals, timelines, and budgets that meet company objectives and are tailored to each client’s needs • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and organized event planning • Negotiate vendor contracts to stay within parameters • Be the onsite manager for pre/onsite/post event coordination and production • Prospecting new clients and helping with marketing needs • Assist with any event or office administrative work as needed • Perform additional duties as assigned If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, you’ll be the right fit.
