Company: Wholesale Furniture Vendor City: Commerce CA Position: Event Planner/Executive Assistant Term: Temp to hire Hours: 830a-515p (Mandatory in office 3 days a week Mon,Tue, Wed, and WFH 2 days a week) HYBRID - Typically no overtime, but possible to have a weekend event (no out of state events) Pay: $35-40 depending on experience • Strong graphic design skills to create event flyers, weekly office slides to advertise events • Resourceful and high sense of urgency to find solutions (ex: get quotes from vendors, do vetting on selecting vendors, able to give recommendations) • Budget conscientious • Clear on how to offer a branded, best workplace experience to all employees • Experience with wedding or event planning - 100+ employee • Good stability within resume • Strong Communication skills & attention to detail (no typo's/errors, TRIPLE checking all their work/correspondence) • Software skills - MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, Canva, Adobe Photoshop Apply to discuss GREAT Benefits and MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
