About Our Position: We are seeking an adjunct instructor to teach in our Culinary Management program. This course provides students with the opportunity to explore the functions of planning, developing, budgeting, marketing, and evaluating meetings and special events. It covers the fundamentals for executing the management of special events and catering. The course will have a lab component throughout the semester. • This course is designed for students who want to learn about event and catering management.
