Key Responsibilities: • Manage catering events, including set-ups, cleaning, and breakdown procedures. • Assist with operational support in the cafe, retail, and Stupe when catering is not needed. • Work with the Chef to create menus. • Train catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.
