About the Opportunity Key Responsibilities • Congress Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and event specifications for national, regional, and local medical congress booth activities and other events. • Vendor & Venue Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to manage timelines, booth materials, shipping logistics, and venue contracts. • Congress Booth and Meeting Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of congress booths, including setup, attendee logistics, accommodations, meeting room reservations, and set up for congresses and pre- and post-conference meetings. • Cross-Functional Communication: Foster effective communication across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and other stakeholders to support medical congresses.
