This position reports to the Director of Event Planning and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general coordination of the pre-planning, onsite logistics and post-event duties for regional and statewide educational programs, including program content development, speaker liaison, site selection and managing continuing education hours. This individual also coordinates the Association’s online education, including virtual meetings and webinars. Qualifications The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized with strong communication skills, has an attention to detail and problem solving mind-set, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Experience in special events and continuing education with an association background is a plus.
