Job Opportunity: Event Planning and Project Management We are seeking an experienced project leader to spearhead the planning and execution of a partner summit at the end of October. The ideal candidate will have approximately 8 years of experience in project management, event planning, or a related field. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and managing work schedules, dependencies, and tools to track project work streams • Organizing regular sessions with stakeholders to update progress and identify risks • Managing project finances and tracking spending • Preparing and delivering regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges Requirements and Qualifications • Experience coordinating teams and deliverables • Excellent communication skills across different teams and functions • Ability to identify and highlight potential risk areas • Prior experience managing larger-scale events
