This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in acquiring knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards within the Meetings and Events department. The ideal candidate will have hospitality coursework with a desire to move into a meeting profession after graduation. • Communicate with customers and/or representatives, providing information and taking necessary action. • Prepare written reports and projects. • Resolve problems and issues.
