The successful candidate will assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, vendor communication, and setup • Support event logistics, including managing event timelines, coordinating event materials, and providing on-site assistance • Work closely with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution • Track event expenses and compile post-event reports, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement Requirements: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, for events • A proactive attitude and passion for event planning • Willingness to travel for event coordination as needed
