Oak Hill Country Club is seeking a skilled Event Planning Director to oversee the planning and execution of private events, club functions, golf events, and member events. Wedding and/or Fine Dining Management experience is a plus. We are looking for a highly dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: • Managing event budgets, timelines, and schedules • Ensuring that all event requirements and objectives are met • Coordinating with the Banquet Team, Restaurant Managers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events • Developing relationships with vendors to ensure quality services/products at a competitive price • Providing exceptional customer service to members, sponsors, and guests This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive wage based on experience.
