About the Role: As an adjunct instructor in our Culinary Management program, you will teach FSA-235 & FSA-235L: Event/Catering Management. This course provides students with the fundamentals for executing the management of special events and catering. Responsibilities: Adjunct Instructors are responsible for all aspects of preparation, instruction, and classroom management, including learning management system integration, instruction and content delivery, preparing and grading assignments and exams, timely responses to student inquiries, and assessing student performance relative to standardized learning objectives.
