Event Planning Intern Zoo

DUTIES:Under the general supervision of the Sales and Events Coordinator, the Event Planning Intern is responsible for: • Assisting in the operation of events, at the Zoo and Luthy Botanical Garden including the set up and tear down of the events. • Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed; supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program. • This is a grant funded position that is available for college undergraduatesup to 20 hours per week. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds required.
