The Event Planning Lead supports the Sales and Events teams by coordinating and administering the processes that ensure meetings, events, and group business are planned and executed smoothly. Serving as a key point of contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments, this role supports the booking lifecycle, prepares and manages event documentation, and facilitates clear internal communication while delivering service aligned with Hyatt standards. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining contracts, proposals, correspondence, and meeting documentation, as well as accurately entering and tracking group and event details in Envision Sales systems.
