The Event Planning & Logistics intern will assist our Events Director and Events Coordinator in the coordination of a variety of events including our Spirited Awards, Catalyst Luncheon, Cocktail Apprentice Program, and Tales of the Cocktail. ● Assist the Events team in the planning and execution of the 2024 Tales Catalyst Luncheon. ● Manage “lobby” tasting rooms/events, including Cocktail Tour & Headliners Assist the Events team Post-Tales in July for: ● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
