Are you ready to elevate your career in event planning? • Plan and execute all aspects of events, including gathering necessary information for guestroom arrangements, menu planning, room set-up and diagrams, event agendas, rental orders, décor, estimates and billing details, and any other requirements relevant to event coordination • Partner effectively with all departments within the hotel, and preferred vendors, to exceed client expectations and foster a positive work environment • Conduct site visits, menu tastings, and planning meetings with clients to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. • Work collaboratively with Sales Team to enhance Carmel Valley Ranch’s reputation as a premier event destination. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in event planning, catering, or hotel sales (luxury resort experience preferred).
