Event Planning Manager

Our client is seeking a creative and highly organized Event Planning Manager to oversee the conceptualization, execution, and management of diverse hospitality and tourism events. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development and budget management to vendor negotiation, logistical coordination, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include developing event proposals, sourcing venues, coordinating catering and entertainment, managing event marketing and promotion, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence for critical planning meetings and event execution, complemented by remote work for administrative and planning tasks.
