This includes partnering with kids leaders to develop and schedule team member training and coordination. Develop and provide engaging activities and lesson plans for use during parties or events. • Develop and deliver training programs for party and event hosts to enhance their skills. • Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and their guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
