To be successful in this position, you must enjoy taking ownership of your assigned meetings & retreats in addition to wedding and social events. This position will report to the Director of Events and will partner closely with the Event Planning Team to ensure all departments can meet the demands of the clients successfully. • On-site contact during events to ensure group requests and problems are handled in a timely, professional manner while complying with company policies. • Be an active liaison between client and other Resort staff to ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining company procedures and complying with company policies.
