Our client, a premier hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to oversee the execution of exceptional events. This role is based in our client's offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan , requiring the successful candidate to be present on-site for planning, coordination, and event execution. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored event solutions. Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
