Event Planning Manager| Full-time- Year-round

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven professional to join our Sales & Events team as an Event Planning Manager. This position plays a critical role in creating memorable experiences for our group, social, and corporate clients by managing event details from the time of contract through final execution. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after a contract is signed, managing all aspects of event planning and execution • Collaborate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and other hotel departments to ensure operational success • Create event orders (BEOs), diagrams, and detailed timelines • Conduct pre-conference meetings and post-event follow-ups • Communicate changes and special requests promptly and accurately • Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing of final charges • Maintain thorough records and data within the event management system • Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term client relationships Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino is an equal opportunity employer.
