Job Description
Our Event Planning & Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting our team throughout the planning and execution process, including vendor research and communication, event timelines, client and project organization, sourcing decor and event elements, preparing materials, and assisting with administrative tasks. Interns may also have opportunities to assist with on-site event setup and execution, giving them firsthand exposure to the fast-paced environment of luxury event production, where precision, creativity, and exceptional client service are essential. In addition, the intern will support marketing efforts such as drafting social media content, organizing photo and video assets, assisting with email outreach, updating event portfolios, and helping maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
Required Skills
No prior event planning, design, or industry experience is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, professional, detail oriented, and eager to learn. Candidates should have strong communication and time-management skills, be comfortable managing multiple tasks, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. English language proficiency should be moderate to fluent, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken contexts.
