Event Planning Role

Event Planning Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to coordinate and execute events for our ophthalmology medical device company. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing/web communications, graphic design, usability, and/or social media, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM system software. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and arrange special events, trade shows, wet labs, trainings, meetings, and associated business travel.
