• Communicate events with clients and store team members. • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed. As a Retail Events Coordinator, you will also be responsible for assisting customers, providing fast and friendly checkout experiences, engaging customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards, educating customers on voice of customer surveys, and participating in omnichannel processes. • Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards. • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities.
