• Develop and manage event and project budgets, monitoring financial performance to ensure delivery within budget constraints. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in events management, marketing, communications, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in event management or a related field required, preferably in a higher education or nonprofit environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required for events.
