Job Overview: As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events by working closely with the team to plan, coordinate and execute every detail. • Meet with group coordinators/host prior to functions to discuss arrangements and make introductions. • Ensure that all arrangements are agreeable and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup, timelines and specific guest needs. • Follow company policies and procedures; respond to special banquet event arrangements and follow up on compliance.
