As a coordinator of events for the Seattle Asian American Film Festival, you play a crucial role in the success of our main events. This involves collaborating with venues, local businesses, artists, performers, sponsors, and other vendors as needed. Your responsibilities include: • Securing and working with venue locations • Coordinating with artists, local businesses, and/or vendors required for the event • Creating a run-of-show schedule for each event, working with staff and/or Volunteer Manager to ensure proper staffing • Collaborating with the marketing and tech team to update event information in a timely manner
