Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have prior customer service experience and six months of banquet food service experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred, but not required. You must also have a High School diploma or equivalent and be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you must be flexible and able to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
