About the Role The Project Planner will play a crucial role in supporting the Vice President, Customer and Partner Services, managing special projects, coordinating key initiatives, and providing administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning and coordination, with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements; act as a project planner for all customer/partner services events and projects; serve as a liaison with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project and event execution; enhance department efficiency by optimizing processes; and track budget costs to ensure projects and events stay within financial constraints.
