Primary responsibilities (events and clubs): Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events Build and manage recurring clubs/organizations tied to store categories and local communities Own event logistics end-to-end: timelines, calendars, checklists, run of show, staffing coordination Coordinate vendors and partners: outreach, scheduling, confirmations, day of coordination Ensure event signage and promotional needs are planned and ready Attend and help with select off-site events such as hamfests, tradeshows, and local events Track results and create post-event recaps: attendance, signups, what worked, what to improve ยท Required qualifications: Graphic design experience with a portfolio (print and digital) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus) Highly detail-oriented, accurate with dates, times, pricing, product details, and exports Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable coordinating partners/vendors Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines without close supervision Comfortable being customer-facing at events and representing GigaParts Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required)
