Event Producer

Reporting to the Conferences and Sponsorships Manager, the Event Producer will deliver high-quality, innovative events that support the organization's strategic goals. In partnership with the Manager, this team member will develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy, establish objectives and key performance indicators to measure success, and create post-event reports to strengthen the company brand. Additionally, they will work to build a center of excellence that ensures a consistent experience across all locations, while overseeing and managing the divisions expenditures and costs. The Event Producer will occasionally provide support to the Conferences division and the broader Events and Engagement Department. • Oversee the resolution of challenges, mitigation of risks, and execution of key initiatives for sponsorships.
