At Feast on This Catering, we create memorable experiences through exceptional food, hospitality, and service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and hospitality-minded Event Coordinator / Event Producer to join our team.

This role becomes the primary point of contact for clients after an event is booked and helps guide events from planning through successful execution. You will serve as the communication bridge between clients, sales, kitchen, operations, warehouse, and event staff to ensure every event is organized, communicated clearly, and executed successfully.

What You’ll Do

Client & Event Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after booking

· Coordinate event details with clients, venues, and vendors

· Conduct planning meetings, tastings, site visits, and venue walkthroughs

· Answer client questions and manage timelines, expectations, and event details

· Maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, and event partners

Event Production & Logistics

· Create and maintain event timelines, production documents, and event orders

· Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), signage, and event materials

· Coordinate rental orders, vendor information, staffing needs, and event logistics

· Ensure all event details are communicated accurately across departments

· Identify potential issues early and proactively develop solutions

· Help ensure every event is organized and ready for successful execution

Internal Coordination

· Support communication between sales, operations, kitchen, warehouse, and event teams

· Participate in production meetings and event planning discussions

· Maintain accurate event records, notes, and client information

· Help create structure and consistency in event planning processes

· Ensure internal teams have the information they need to execute events successfully

Event Support

· Attend events as needed to support quality standards and client satisfaction

· Assist with event-day coordination and troubleshooting

· Support post-event follow-up and continuous improvement efforts

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

· Catering

· Event planning or coordination

· Wedding industry

· Venue operations

· Hospitality

· Hotel or restaurant management

· Project coordination

· Executive or administrative support

· Customer service

Schedule

· Full-time position ($28-$30 per hour)

· Primarily weekday office hours

· Some evenings and weekends required based on event schedules

· Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $53,436.53 - $64,353.67 per year
