Event Producer

What You’ll Do You’ll be a can-do planner and pro-active problem solver who balances all facets of planning an event from concept development all the way to the events debrief. You should be ready to: Understand the complex needs of different events and diverse clientsPlan all event aspects, such as venue procurement, seating, dining, F&B and logisticsDevelop, manage and stay within a budgetCoordinate event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakersManage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, load-in, organizing vendors, production schedules and managing load-outAnticipate and plan for possible scenariosDevelop relationships with clients and identify new business opportunitiesHave strong communication skills and the ability to present event ideas and plans to clients and vendorsSource vendors/secure quotes and maintain a working relationship with vendors and venuesManage day to day needs for several ongoing projects at oncePerform and manage direction of live scripted presentations and eventsWork in tandem with production managers, creative department, accounting department, and booking division dailyAdministrative duties as needed A forward thinker who plans for all possible scenariosA collaborator who brings out the best in othersA lifelong learner motivated to try new things and get better each dayA self-starter who always demonstrates outstanding initiativeA thorough and efficient organizer with great attention to detailA positive team player who understands how client service and delivery impact the work you do\
