Maureen, also known as Mother Lotus, is an intuitive soul guide. As an Event Producer, you will be walking alongside Maureen Zwierzynski/Mother Lotus in programming year-round empowering retreats and events. When you coordinate events, you will work with all parties involved to ensure each piece falls in place seamlessly and most importantly, doing the work with sacredness, thought and love. Qualifications • 5+ years experience in the event planning industry (retreat planning a plus) • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills • Excellent and effective communication skills (online and offline) • Ability to be flexible, willingness to adapt, and stay calm in changing situations • Tech savvy and knowledgeable of Google Suite, social apps, and planning software • Creative and out-of-the box thinker • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and a go-getter • Interested in helping people on their soul journey and personal experience doing inner work (a huge plus) Contract position per event.
