As an Event Producer at Metro, youll take a hands-on role in every stage of event production from securing venues, managing vendors, and overseeing logistics to executing seamless event operations as the on-site lead. Experience • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event planning, project management, or related roles to include: • one (1) year of experience working with vendors, managing compliance of contracts, making recommendations about vendors based on ability to meet the needs of the event. The Event Producer supports leadership in executing Metro-led projects and regionally coordinated special events. Other Functions • Maintains and promotes awareness and accountability with safety policies and procedures while performing job functions.
