Event Production Coordinator

To excel in this role, you will have a minimum of five (5) years of large-scale event production experience, preferably at an arts organization. Key Responsibilities: • Optimize available resources, including time, staff, volunteers, equipment, and finances to ensure a successful event. • Create and manage protocols, production documents, milestone timelines to maintain efficiency and productivity. Festival Site Logistics: • Main areas of responsibility include: alcohol sales, rentals, parking, permits + licenses, security + safety, signage, and site plans to ensure a well-organized and safe festival site. • Collaborate with lead festival team members and partners to create a festival site layout that meets the needs of attendees and stakeholders.
