Seeking a proactive and strategic marketer, the full-time remote Brand Operations Manager will manage event production processes for B2B events, oversee budget management, and maintain vendor relationships to enhance brand impact and conversion. Key responsibilities Create and enforce processes for large trade shows and partner events to drive sales and brand awareness Build and manage a transparent B2B event production budget across 40+ events annually Lead the lifecycle of the Super Service Award project, collaborating across multiple departments Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in event or experiential production, either in-house or at agencies Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Figma, and Gsuite Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships in a production setting Ability to adopt and utilize AI tools effectively in production processes A personal connection to home services is a plus
