• Demonstrating excellent customer service and frequent and timely communication at all times The Coordinator of Events & Programs works off seasonal and annual Action Plans (approved by Director of Operations) and is responsible for the following job functions: • Commit to Partnerships - seasonal prep and promotion, relationship management • Providing a Beloved Growth Experience - communication, strong attention to detail, and problem solving • Continually assesses and express the Soccer Shots difference Coaching/Covering Assignment: The Event & Program Coordinator will be involved in coaching and providing our product to families. Two working evenings are required each season along with Saturday morning work hours seasonally. During seasons, expected working hours are will vary. Must work from the established office during working hours, unless approved to be working in the "field". During busy seasons, it may be necessary to work additional hours to meet deadlines and goals.
