Event Project Manager

To support the planning and execution of internal technical programs and events, the full-time Event Project Manager will manage project plans, coordinate team communication, and ensure alignment across initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Technology Excellence programs and events Facilitate team communication and status tracking to ensure updates and decisions are progressing on schedule Build strong collaborative relationships across stakeholders to foster alignment and effective teamwork Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or related roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate differing communication and working styles Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus
