We are actively hiring an energetic Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing event marketing and brand promotions team. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths into event management, marketing, and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and brand activations • Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration • Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways • Engage with event attendees to create positive, memorable brand experiences • Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting • Represent partner brands in a professional, energetic, and customer-focused manner • Share feedback and ideas to help improve future marketing and promotional campaigns Ideal Candidate Profile: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments • Positive, team-oriented, and reliable attitude • Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. • No experience required — full paid training provided
