The Youth Activities Event Assistant is a part-time, year-round employee, reporting directly to the Youth & Family Activities Coordinator and the Director of Catering and Special Events. Assist with the set-up for all youth and family events, including vendor load-in, centerpieces, favors, event check-in, and tear-down after the event. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with members, their children, and Club staff. Experience in one or more of the following: event planning, customer service, childcare, athletic or year-round camps, recreation or other youth-related field is preferred. Location of work/office/space may be changed as needed or required.
