Event Registration Manager

This role provides end-to-end event technology and production support for Global Events, with a primary focus on in-person event execution and supplemental support for virtual and hybrid events. Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency and scale event deliveryStay current with evolving event technologies, email standards, and accessibility requirements (ADA)Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time support during event lifecyclePROJECT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience in event production, event technology, or project management2-5 years of experience in event content management platform, CventExperience with Photoshop, SharePoint, Excel, and Dreamweaver a plus Customer Service Commitment: We also believe that bringing diverse individuals together allows us to collectively and more effectively address the issues that face our customers.
