Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 annually • Commission: $25,000 – $30,000 annually • Total Potential Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 We are seeking an experienced Event Sales & Catering Manager to join a well-established restaurant group located on Calle 8th in Miami. Requirements & Qualifications • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or related field (preferred) • 3–5 years of experience in catering management, event sales, or a similar role • Strong knowledge of catering management systems • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and multitask • Experience hiring, training, and supervising catering and event staff • Excellent communication skills and professional, customer-focused demeanor • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Advanced knowledge of catering and event management best practices • How much experience do you have in catering management, event planning, sales, or a similar role? • Do you have experience supervising and training event staff?
