The Event Sales & Client Engagement Coordinator supports the full lifecycle of private, public, and cultural events at Michigan Central, from initial inquiry through event execution and post-event follow-up. This role is client-facing and sales-oriented, serving as a primary point of contact for clients while partnering closely with internal sales, logistics, experience, and production teams to deliver seamless, high-quality events. • Support vendor coordination by tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensuring vendor compliance with Michigan Central policies. Administrative & Operational Support • Maintain organized digital records for events, contracts, and client communications. This role is essential to Michigan Central's events business—supporting revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering experiences that welcome diverse audiences into one of Detroit's most iconic civic spaces.
