The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in both the planning and execution of events, acting as a key part of both sales and operations team. This role supports the sales process by assisting in event planning, vendor coordination, client tours, and final walk-throughs, while also working closely with the Operations team and assisting the Sales Team with client and vendor relations during event to ensure professional, seamless and high-quality client experience. - Confirm vendor details,delivery schedules, and setup requirements prior to event day - Work directly with the Banquet and Operations Managers on event day to assist them as needed in executing the event according to the approved plan - Support on-site communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
