In this role, you will be at the forefront of our event planning and sales efforts, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management and sales, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the logistics of events from inception to completion, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the planning process.Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure the best pricing and services for events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.Create budgets for events, managing expenses and ensuring events are delivered within financial parameters.Assist in the design and implementation of event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in event planning and sales, preferably in a corporate environment.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.BenefitsCompetitive Salary Flexible Work Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Health & Wellness Professional Development Employee Discounts
