Event Sales Coordinator

• Assist director with development of documented sales strategy • Prospect and promote OKC Zoo offerings (group admission and private events) to increase revenue and attendance • Build connections in the community (e.g., CVB, local chambers) to create new business opportunities. • Generate new business through cold calling, off-site appointments, networking, and strategic marketing • Develop new relationships and strengthen relationships with previous clients to encourage repeat business and growth • Meet pre-determined sales goals and accurately document sales calls, appointments, and transactions using CRM software • Collaborate with marketing team on collateral needs and targeted campaigns • Collaborate with event execution team on handoff, industry trends, opportunities to enhance offerings, client requests, etc. Our employees are at the heart of those investments-delivering essential services our residents expect and creating a strong and thriving city for all people. to learn more about our city.
