Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current event clients • Prepare and present customized event proposals and pricing packages • Manage event sales pipeline, track leads, and close deals effectively • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless event execution • Coordinate venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site logistics • Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations • Maintain accurate client records and report on sales metrics regularly • Participate in internal meetings and strategy sessions to align goals Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in event sales, event planning, or hospitality industry • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
