Event Sales Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event sales and logistical needs are met while driving business growth through excellent customer relationship management. • *Responsibilities** • Coordinate all aspects of the event sales cycle, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business • Collaborate with the event production and logistics teams to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations • Track leads, manage sales databases, and report on sales performance • Attend client meetings, venue walk-throughs, and select events as needed • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
